Spent Christmas at a hotel with a great view, perfect location near the heart of the town, and a working air conditioner. Also, the staff was friendly when we checked in.
Stayed in a cramped room with several large suitcases and bags and no elevator. Had no welcome pack or complimentary water and breakfast included was missed due to an early departure. Internet and hairdryer didn't work. During the rain, we saw there was no one around to help when 10cm of water flooded the halls. a disappointing stay expecting more from a 3-star hotel.

The view from the room was certainly enjoyable and the AC was strong enough to dry clothes quickly.
My solo stay at the hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The room I was given was on the top floor with no elevator, making it difficult to carry my luggage up the stairs.

I had an amazing time at the hotel with clean rooms and excellent facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, providing a stunning view of the surrounding area. The staff was helpful and friendly, always greeting me with a smile. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious breakfast that left me feeling full and satisfied every morning.

We had a wonderful stay in a room with a stunning view of the surroundings. the AC kept us cool and comfortable during the warm days, while the room itself was equipped with everything we needed for a cozy and convenient stay. the breakfast was satisfying and delicious, and we really appreciated the friendly and attentive service from the staff.
The lack of access to an elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage up to our room.
